      Yes, a quick and one-time sign-up process is necessary to proceed to use services on T App Folio. You may either do this using your mobile number or through social media accounts like Facebook and Google.

      The sign-up process is simple and can be done in the following 3 ways:
      • Mobile number based sign-up - Fill out your mobile number and email address and we will send you a 6 digit MPIN to the mobile number by SMS. The MPIN will need to be entered by you in the application to complete the sign-up process.
      • Google account based sign-up - If you are not logged in to your Google account, you will be prompted to first login to your Google account. If you are already logged into your Google account, you will be prompted to choose an account for logging in post which you will be prompted to enter your mobile number. You will then receive an OTP through SMS and email which you will need to enter for mobile number verification. You are then signed in to T App Folio through your Google account after completing this step. Additionally, you will receive an SMS with MPIN at this time, which can be used in the future if you wish to login with your mobile number.
      • Facebook account based sign-up - If you are not logged in to your Facebook account, you will be prompted to first login to your Facebook account. If you are logged in to your Facebook account, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number. You will then receive an OTP through SMS and email which you will need to enter for mobile number verification. You are then signed in to T App Folio using your Facebook account after completing this step. You will also receive an SMS with MPIN at this time, which can be used to login with your mobile number in the future.
    • 3. How do I receive the 6 digit MPIN?expand_more
      • You will receive the 6 digit MPIN if you opt to sign up with your mobile number. It will be sent by SMS to the mobile number provided by you during sign-up.

      • You will also receive the MPIN if you wish to sign-up using Facebook or Google. This is for your future reference when you want to sign-in using your mobile number. The mobile number for which the MPIN will be valid is the one you register with T App Folio while signing up with Facebook or Google.

      If you do not receive the MPIN in 2 minutes after requesting it, please try again. If you request for the MPIN more than 3 times, the system will prompt you to enter a captcha. If you still do not receive the MPIN in spite of multiple attempts, please contact our call centre.

        You need to carry the print out of the Service receipt along with you to the Temple. You would also have the service receipt in “ My Transactions” under Menu on the left side of Home page of T App Folio on your mobile. You can also show this receipt on your mobile at the venue if the respective Temple allows mobiles inside the Temple premises. You also need to carry valid ID proofs along with you. The temple authorities would authenticate the transaction and allow you to enter the temple.
      • 2. What details does the Service receipt received over email contain?expand_more
        The service receipt received over email contains key seva details like Service Name, Reference Number , Seva date, Seva name, Service pass-code etc.. along with a QR code. Service receipt for Room booking also would be similar with the respective values.

        Post successful booking, the service receipt would be available in “My Transactions” under Menu on the top left side of the home page of T App Folio. This service would contain key seva details like Service Name, Reference Number , Seva date, Seva name, Service pass-code etc.. along with a QR code and Authenticate button.

        Temple authorities can verify the transaction through one of the following methods:
        a. You need to carry a physical copy of the service receipt received on your email. This service receipt has a QR code. Temple authorities would scan the QR code from their device and verifies.
        b. If the respective temple allows mobile phone, you can show the service receipt in “ My Transactions” on the app to the Temple authority. QR code and Authenticate button are available on the service receipt. Temple authorities would verify either through QR code scan or Authenticate button. Temple authorities would scan the QR code from their device and verifies. Temple authorities would click the authenticate button. Post clicking the Authenticate button , status on the service receipt on app changes to “Verified” . Please Note that you should not click the “ Authenticate” button on your service receipt else the booking becomes void and you would not be able to avail the seva.
        c. You need to provide the Reference number and Service pass-code that you have received on the service receipt either through Email or in “ My Transactions” on the app. Temple authorities would check the details in their portal and verifies.
